No issuance of ticket

DI requested a ticket and they never issued , after many emails and chats with a guy called Roger ( I doubt this is his real name ) , they told me to wait a couple of time pushing for 1-2 days each time. When I cornered them I received a mail that they have technical issues and I should proceed with other alternatives . I requested to extend my pass for 1 additional year ( only solution ) . They said OK but of course no guarantees as they never committed to anything they say. I pay for ticket , I paid for extension and when I need to use they just find excuses. They are just a bunch of liers. I just want to finish my pass and exit and never use them again . Crooks and thieves.

Avoiding delivering services and answering- cheats and scam

I have posted earlier , have requested a ticket to be redeemed and they have not delivered , kept on dragging ( give me 1-2 days ), nothing happened, yesterday chat not connecting , today it connected with Roger Williams who once saw the chat closed it. I have nearly given up on the tickets I have , but please no one use them . They just take your money. There is no address to contact, phone does not answer and even if I want to use a lawyer will not be able to reach them. Option town is a scam

They just steal your money- no feedback and no tickets

Extended pass , they took the money and unable to modify bookings affected by Covid. No one answers phones, no one on chat , no one answers e mails. I do not know why with such reviews airlines work with them . This is affecting airline reputation as well. They should all stop dealing with Option Town so that they feel punished otherwise it is the consumers being robbed.

I totally agreed. It was the big mistake buying flight pass with them.

I got Covid a few days before my scheduled flight. All the told me is that the ticket cannot be changed, cannot be cancelled. What am I supposed to do? The Airline won't allow me to board even if I want to fly.

They became non responsive further. In summary, it was my big mistake buying ticket through them.

The saving is not worth it. Buying tickets directly with the airline is the best bet.

no body was there to take the call for over half an hour. rubbish services and i feel payment is now lost.

Lost a flight and they never acted right

I sent tens of emails to get an alternative for my flight, they just waited till it expired and never replied back. They never provided a solution for the covid flights and I lost money and flight with them

Fraud

I warn everyone as they get money in advance and they didn't provide a ticket. so take care I purchased ticket from Toronto to egypt and they kept delaying answers for 1 year now as they can't provide tickets or refunds. I tried to call them but no answer
